"I recently utilized G Rate Auto Loans (through AAA) to finance my auto loan. None of the comments in this email were solicited. I just really felt that I needed to comment on my interaction with your company. I asked who I needed to speak with to provide feedback regarding my experience and I was provided your names.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mark Cobb throughout this process. I repeatedly emphasized to him that this was new process for me. Mr. Cobb was extremely patient and went far above my expectations to ensure that I understood the finance process, the documentation that was needed, and when and why it was needed. He patiently answered my questions (and he can confirm that I had a substantial number of them) and actually provided a huge amount of calm assurance when needed. He really removed a lot my apprehension and frustration...most of which came from the very negative experience that I had with the first dealership from which I attempted to purchase my 2011 GMC Terrain. Mr. Cobb is probably not aware of this, but at one point I had reached such a level of frustration with the initial dealership that I really considered not purchasing a vehicle and postponing the entire process. Mr. Cobb's suggestions and patience really played a huge role in my decision to continue with financing and purchasing the vehicle. The service he provided was fantastic.
